Alayna Fries Eggs
"I'm hungry! Can I fry some eggs?" 8 y.o. Alayna is asking.
"Sure. You know where they are," I dialed the stove's heat.
She gets out the skillet, cracks the eggs just like I taught her, and dropped the shells into the now empty cardboard carton.
Then she twirls and raises her hands like a singing dancer.
"Where is the spat. u. la-a-a-a-a?" she chirped.
While they're frying and the whites run together she points talking to the sunny-side ups with admonishment,
"You're not allowed to be together. You are allowed to be together in my tummy."
Ainsley and Jayden Make Faces
Snack time, bananas and lunchables (crackers and cheese and meat discs) and they play with their food, LOL. It's June '26 and I'm babysitting Rusty's kids.Ainsley is the 4th child, quiet, smart, easy-going.
They made faces with their food on their plates.

She said, "Because this one is an up-grade."
Upgrade? What little kindergartener says "upgrade"? LOL.
"Jayden, you didn't make a face like Ainsley's."
"EEE, ha, ha, that's because mine is a monster."
Jacob and Alayna Zap, Cackle, and Spy!
Jacob and Alayna had put together an electricty kit called Snap Circuits by Elenco. When energized a red round plastic spinning circle flies off.
I didn't catch a photo glimpse of the spinner but if you follow the grandkids eyes, you know where it was headed in each frame. They were so tickled and delighted with their venture - play and fun.
